Through the three liquid inlet tanks, the material goes down the tank wall, and the precharge gas in the tank returns to the filling cylinder through the gas valve.

    When the liquid level of the material reaches the gas return pipe, the gas return pipe will be blocked and the filling will stop. An overpressure will be generated in the upper part of the tank to prevent the material from flowing down.

    The gas valve and the liquid valve are closed by the material fork. Through the exhaust valve, the pressure in the tank is balanced with the atmospheric pressure, and the exhaust channel is far away from the liquid level, so as to prevent the liquid from being carried out during the exhaust.

    During the venting period, the gas at the top of the tank expands and the materials in the return pipe fall back into the tank to empty the return pipe.

    At the moment when the can comes out, the centering cover is lifted under the action of the cam. Under the action of the inner and outer guard plates, the can leaves the tank platform, enters the can conveying chain of the capping machine, and is sent to the capping machine.
