Workflow of Water Bottling Production Line:
Water bottling machine usually consists of conveyor belt, filling head, screw capping machine, turntable and control panel.
The work flow includes: first use the bottle rinser to clean the inner wall of the bottle, then transfer the rinsed bottle to the filling machine, the bottle entering the filling machine is clamped by the bottleneck support plate to make it rise, and the filling valve is opened by the bottle mouth for filling, and after filling, it enters the capping machine for capping.
