UHT System

The prepared materials need to be sterilized before filling, and thermal sterilization is the most common process. According to different product characteristics, subsequent matching filling process and different shelf life, ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization (UHT) can be selected, which is usually heated to above 130°C for a few seconds.

The forms of heat exchangers include plate type, tube type, bellows-type, and so on. For products with pulp particles or high viscosity, tubular heat exchangers must be used to prevent clogging. At the same time, the pressure-bearing capacity of the tube heat exchanger is also stronger.

For turbid juice beverages or milk-containing juice beverages, we recommend tubular UHT; for clear juice beverages, plate UHT can be used.
