UHT System Introduction:

The prepared materials need to be sterilized before filling, and thermal sterilization is the most common process. According to different product characteristics, subsequent matching filling process, and different shelf life, ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization (UHT) can be selected, which is usually heated to above 130°C for a few seconds.

The forms of heat exchangers include plate type, tube type, bellows-type, and so on. For products with pulp particles or high viscosity, tubular heat exchangers must be used to prevent clogging. At the same time, the pressure-bearing capacity of the tube heat exchanger is also stronger.

For turbid juice beverages or milk-containing juice beverages, we recommend tubular UHT; for clear juice beverages, plate UHT can be used.

Water Softener (optional): Reduces calcium/magnesium to prevent scaling,
Cartridge Filter (5–10 micron): Final particulate barrier before RO/UF,
Reverse Osmosis (RO) or Ultrafiltration (UF): Removes dissolved salts, microbes, and colloids,
UV Sterilizer or Ozonation (optional): For microbial control,
Systems are customized based on your water analysis and beverage type.

Q: How do I know what pretreatment I need?

A: Start with a comprehensive water quality report (including pH, TDS, hardness, iron, chlorine, turbidity, and microbiological data). Our engineers will analyze it and recommend a system tailored to your:

Q: Does pretreatment protect my RO system?

A: Absolutely. Proper pretreatment is critical to RO membrane longevity. Without it, chlorine can oxidize membranes, while hardness and silica cause irreversible scaling. A good pretreatment system keeps SDI (Silt Density Index) <5 and chlorine <0.1 ppm—extending RO life by years.

Automatic backwashing and regeneration,
Low-pressure/high-pressure alarms,
