Extraction system

Tea extraction refers to the operation of soaking tea leaves with hot water to extract effective ingredients from them, which efficiently extracts the effective ingredients of plants and prevents the turbidity and precipitation of beverages.

The method of fractional extraction is mostly used. The first extraction uses low-temperature extraction to protect the aroma and dissolve the small-molecule heat-sensitive components; the second extraction uses high-temperature extraction to extract the effective flavor components of the large molecules in the tea.

After extraction, the tea juice should be clarified to remove impurities and gums in the tea juice. Clarification methods include low-temperature sedimentation (high-speed centrifuge) and membrane separation (ultrafiltration).

Sugar Dissolving System

Sugar is one of the main components of fruit juice drinks. The process of dissolving sucrose in water to make a single syrup is called sugar dissolving operation.
Sugar dissolving system usually includes:
Units for conveying powdered sugar, dissolving powdered sugar, sterilizing syrup, filtering and cooling syrup, and storing syrup. Under special circumstances, the syrup needs to be degassed. The typical thermal process of sugar dissolving is 85°C, 10min, and then cooling in sections to the use temperature (below 40°C).

Homogeneous Degassing System

For turbid juice beverages, it is necessary to break up fibers and particles through high-pressure homogenization operations to make them evenly and densely distributed, improve the physical qualitativeness of the beverage product, and improve its taste. The essence of the homogenizer is a plunger pump. The liquid product flows through the narrow gap between the valve seat and the valve core at a very high speed. It is caused by the shear effect, the impact of high-speed jets, and the cavitation effect formed by the instantaneous pressure drop. Under the triple action, the material is ultra-finely pulverized to form a liquid-solid dispersion.
