Q1: What products does a straight-line shrink wrapping machine mainly package?

A: It is widely used for the group packaging of regular or irregular objects such as bottled water (3L-10L multi-bottle combinations), beverages, food boxes, cosmetics, books and hardware.

Q2: Can it package large water bottles (e.g., 18.9L)?

A: Standard straight-line shrink wrapping machines are typically used for small to medium-sized products. For 18.9L water bottles, a large side-sealing shrink wrapping machine or a specialized bagging machine + heat shrink oven is usually required, as the oven chamber size of a standard straight-line shrink wrapping machine may not be sufficient.

Q3: What types of shrink film are suitable?

A: Mainly POF (polyolefin), PE (polyethylene), and PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Currently, due to environmental trends, POF and PE are more commonly used.

Q4: Can it achieve “pallet-less” packaging?

A: Yes. Straight-line sealing and cutting machines are often used in conjunction with “L-shaped sealing and cutting” or “side-side sealing and cutting” to achieve tray-less multi-bottle group packaging (e.g., 6 bottles of 5L water per group), saving packaging material costs.

A: It is designed with a pneumatic or mechanical membrane roll shaft, supporting quick roll changes. Some models have a “non-stop membrane splicing” function (less common, mostly found in high-end models).
