Washing part

Filling part

The juice filling machine is mainly composes of bottling barrel, bottling valve, guide rail, lifting device, bottle clamping lift device, etc. The bottle is conveyed to the bottling machine with the clamp plate of star wheel drive IV, bottling bottle clamp plate supports the bottleneck and rotates together with the bottling, and ascend along the guide rail, and then open the bottling valve for bottling, after finishing bottling, it descends and loses the bottling valve, bottling valve may automatically close. The bottle is discharged from the bottling machine along with the clamp plate of star wheel drive.

Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

Q: What type of filling machine is best for fruit juice?

A: t depends on your juice type:
Still, clear juice (e.g., apple, orange): Gravity or piston filler,
Pulpy or viscous juice (e.g., mango, carrot): Positive displacement (piston or peristaltic) filler,
Hot-fill juices (for shelf stability): Hot-fill machine with temperature control (85–92°C),
Cold-pressed or premium NFC: Aseptic or cold-fill system with nitrogen flushing.

Q: Can one machine handle different juice types?

A: Yes—with proper CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning between batches. However, switching between pulpy and clear juices may require extra rinsing to avoid residue buildup.

Q: Do I need hot filling for my juice?

A: Only if you want long shelf life (6–12 months) without refrigeration or preservatives. Hot filling sterilizes the bottle and cap during filling. For fresh, refrigerated juices (7–30 day shelf life), cold filling + refrigeration is sufficient.

Q: Can the machine handle pulp or particles?

A: Yes—but only with positive displacement fillers (e.g., piston or lobe pump). Standard gravity fillers can clog. Specify pulp content (%) when ordering so the system is designed accordingly.

Q: How long does cleaning take between batches?

A: With automated CIP, a full clean takes 20–45 minutes. Manual cleaning can take 1–2 hours and risks inconsistency.
