Water Treatment System

Compared to traditional media filters or microfiltration, hollow fiber ultrafiltration offers superior particle retention, smaller footprint, lower lifecycle costs and consistent effluent quality—regardless of feedwater fluctuations. Its reliability and automation make it a smart investment for any operation prioritizing water safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
The hollow fiber ultrafiltration system is a high-performance membrane filtration solution designed to remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, colloids and macromolecules from feed water—without the need for chemical coagulants. Utilizing thousands of microporous, straw-like hollow fiber membranes, this system delivers consistent, high-clarity permeate with a pore size typically ranging from 0.01 to 0.1 microns, making it an ideal pretreatment for reverse osmosis (RO) or a standalone barrier for potable and process water applications.

Feed water is either pushed (pressure-driven) or pulled (vacuum-driven) through the walls of the hydrophilic hollow fibers. Clean water (permeate) passes through the membrane pores, while contaminants are retained on the feed side and periodically removed via automated backwashing and air-scouring cycles—ensuring long membrane life and stable performance.

Q: What does a water treatment system do?
Q: What are the main components of a typical purified water system?
Q: Can it treat well water or river water?
A: Yes—but heavily contaminated sources may require enhanced pre-treatment, such as:
A full water analysis is essential before system design.
Q: Does it remove bacteria and viruses?
A: Absolutely. While RO membranes block most microbes, we add a final disinfection step:
Note: RO alone is not a sterilization method—final disinfection is critical for potable water.
Q: Is the system automated?
A: Yes. Modern systems feature:
