The edible oil filling machine is composed of boxing rack assembly, bottle feeding conveyor belt, bottle falling part, cardboard storage and conveying part, carton molding and packaging part, main transmission part, pneumatic part and electric control part. The edible oil filling machine line is commonly used in food processing plants for bottling oils into containers such as bottles, jugs or pouches. Edible Oil Filling Machine Features:

All liquid touching parts of edible oil filling machine are made of SUS304.
The piston filling valve is introduced the advanced foreign design with precise filling lever, no hygiene corner pocket, a few sealing parts, and precise volume control. The whole valve is made of 304 stainless steel. The sauce will be stirred during filling to make sure average.
The filling valve opens and begins filling when it moves down and touches the bottleneck, the filling valve move up and leave the bottleneck when it finishes filling.
The liquid supply adopts the piston to control the liquid automatically.
The motivation of the filler is derived from the driven system in the framework and passed by gear.
The filling volume will be adjusted easily by changing digit PLC system.
