CIP System Introduction:

CIP system usually consists of cleaning liquid storage tank, acid and alkali adding device, heater, cleaning pump and return pump, as well as pipelines, steam valve group, and so on.

According to the different cleaning objects, it can be divided into a single loop, double loop, multi-loop, and so on. The metering addition of concentrated acid and concentrated alkali in the automatic CIP system and the temperature of the cleaning liquid are automatically controlled, and the cleaning program is also automatically executed after setting.
