    Washing part

    The washing part is mainly composed of the supporting part, separating water seal and gutter components, reversal guiding rail, bottle clamp, lifting part, and transmission part.

    Filling part

    The filling part mainly consists of supporting parts, protuberant wheel, main liquid pipe component, cylinder part, filling machine pipe, elevator-cylinder, filling valve, controlling ring parts, four directions distributor and down distributor, etc. It is mainly used to filling the materials into the bottle. When a bottle is lifted to a valve by an elevator cylinder, the inspection device will find the bottle. The air valve will open after receiving the bottle signal, CO2 pipes begin to connect until the air pressure is the same both in the bottle and the cylinder, then starts filling, the materials filled in the bottle exhaust the CO2 which is back to the cylinder through pipes. When the lifting liquid level seals the pipe and the pressure in the bottle is larger than that in the cylinder, the filling stops. After filling, the off valve will shut the filling machine. The CO2 stored in the bottleneck then will be exhausted slowly through the exhausting protuberant wheel.

    Capping part

    The capping part composes of cap separating mechanism, capping machine, and cap arranging mechanism.
    The bottle is conveyed into the capping machine with starwheel and then is clamped with the bottle clamping block; the cap is arranged by the cap arranging mechanism and then is delivered to the cap separating mechanism from the lower cap tank; cap separating mechanism can separate the caps, and capping head may ascend and remove the cap and press it onto the bottle mouth with cam; under the drive of gear, capping head tighten the cap on the bottle mouth along the shaft, and keep constant capping moment; the well-capped bottle is delivered out with starwheel. The capping machine is connected with cap separating mechanism, lower cap tank, cap arranging mechanism with harmonious combination through several movements for delivering bottle, delivering cap, holding cap, and capping.
