Barrel Water Filling Machine Introduction:
The barrel water filling machine is a fully automatic equipment for filling 3-gallon and 5-gallon buckets in pure water plants or mineral water plants.
The barrel water filling equipment integrates disinfection, rinsing, capping, capping and delivery. It is easy to operate and can be operated by only 1-2 workers.
The barrel water filling machinery adopts a microcomputer control system and a pneumatic control system, with reliable performance and simple maintenance.
The filling process is carried out in a closed state, which effectively prevents the secondary contamination of pure water or mineral water that may occur during the filling process, and realizes true aseptic filling.
Workflow of Barrel Water Filling Line:
The interior of the barrel water filling equipment is first rinsed with two hot alkali solutions to thoroughly clean the internal space.
Then the drip drying process is carried out to make the inner wall of the equipment smoother.
Then two chlorine dioxide rinses are carried out to disinfect the equipment and ensure a sterile environment.
Drip dry again to remove excess water.
Then two recycled water rinses are carried out to save resources.
Finally, two finished spring water rinses are carried out to prepare for filling.
The automatic barrel lowering device positions the empty barrel to the filling position, and the filling valve starts filling. The overflowed finished water flows back to the finished product tank through the return pipe for continued use. After the filling is completed, the barreled water automatically descends with the barrel lifting device, passes through the lid hanging device, and finally the barrel lid is tightly pressed into the barrel mouth by the lid pressing device to achieve sealing.
