3-5L bottle water filling line usually includes barrel conveying, label cutting machine, automatic capping machine, external brush and internal high-pressure barrel washing machine, three-in-one host (including automatic barrel loading, rinsing, filling, capping, bottle cap online disinfection, etc.), light inspection box, automatic sleeve labeling machine, shrinking wrapping machine, coding machine, automatic bagging machine, palletizing machine and other single-machine equipment to achieve full automation from source water to finished product.

Washing Part

Multiple workstations simultaneously perform disinfectant spraying → sterile water rinsing → hot air drying; the disinfectant can be recycled, saving water and increasing efficiency.

Filling Part

Employing isobaric or gravity filling technology, the filling valve is equipped with a constant pressure mechanism and automatic liquid level control with an error of ≤0.3%, ensuring consistent volume in each bottle.

Capping Part

Automatic cap feeding, cap application and cap screwing, equipped with a cap sterilization device to ensure sealing and hygiene.

Q1: What are the main differences between rotary and linear bottle filling machines?

A: Linear: Bottles move linearly, suitable for small to medium capacity (200-800 bottles/hour), quick changeover, but requires a large footprint.
Rotary: Bottles move in a circular motion, suitable for medium to large capacity (1000-6000+ bottles/hour), fast speed, circular footprint, but changeover is slightly more complex.

Q2: What bottle types are suitable for rotary bottle filling machines?

A: Mainly suitable for 3L, 4L, 5L, 6L, and 10L PET bottles or PC containers. Some high-end models are compatible with 18.9L (requires special design), but 18.9L bottles are usually filled using linear or dedicated container filling lines.

Q3: What is the filling principle?

A: Usually, atmospheric pressure gravity filling or slightly negative pressure filling is used. For high-viscosity liquids (such as juice), piston filling may be used. Large bottles of water are often controlled by flow meters or electronic weighing to ensure accuracy.

Q4: How many filling heads does the equipment have?

A: Depending on production capacity requirements, common configurations are 8, 12, 16, 24, or even more heads. The more heads, the higher the production capacity.

Q5: Are there any requirements for factory height?

A: Yes. Rotary filling machines are typically quite tall (especially those with storage tanks), and with the bottle conveyor line, a minimum net height of 4.5 to 5 meters is recommended.
